This one bedroom apartment is located on the seventh floor on the sea front between Cannes and Mandelieu. The building has a lift, and the high floor enables you to have uninterrupted sea views and no noise.
As you enter the apartment to your left there is a shower room, then follows the bedroom, and working clockwise you can see the living area, kitchen and another separate bathroom.
The living area opens up onto a large terrace that overlooks the sea and beaches. The views are spectacular. There is garden furniture on the terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast of lunch in the sun. For the hot summer days there are electronic shutters that keep the heat out.
The living area have a large sofa and two comfortable chairs. There is a TV and some satellite channels where you can watch TV in English, Italian and Spanish.
The bedroom has a large double bed, and plenty of storage space. The sea views from the bed are also spectacular.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining area for four people inside should you not wish to eat on the terrace.
The bathroom and separate shower room render this apartment extremely practical .
There is WIFI, the Palais is only a 5min drive. The beaches are on your door step, but the views defiantly make this apartment worth the stay.
